If you book an appointment and for some reason pay for the appointment, (not the services, the appointment), and cancel the appointment, a refund will NOT be made. We reserve the right to deny an appointment to anyone for any given reason. If you miss your appointment, just schedule a new one the next available day. We are not responsible for any online errors that may cause a faulty appointment, make sure that is was confirmed! If you are still unsure, please feel free to contact a member at school, or through email. All appointments MUST be made 1 hour prior to the booking or else it will not be valid and not accepted. You do have the right to cancel an appointment at any time. Please do NOT spam the booking server or else your IP address will be recorded and the address of the spamming will be reported to the school administration. If it continues from the same IP, it will be reported to the local authorities! We do not take spamming to kindly! If you wish to talk to a member, come by after school from 2:30PM to 3:30PM. When you register your personal information into our program, it will never be given out for any reason what so ever. All personal and private information can only be seen by official WTS Members and the school. If the Team Members Do give out any information, they will be punished and removed from the club immediately! Please Note: False information will lead to a cancellation in your appointment! Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
